How To Commerce will respond within the timeframes established by Law 1581 of 2012 (15 business days for inquiries and 10 business days for complaints, extendable in accordance with the law).

7. Data transfer and transmission

How To Commerce may share your data with technology providers (such as email tools, messaging services like WhatsApp Business, and web analytics) acting as data processors, solely for the fulfillment of the purposes described. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes other than those set forth herein.
